CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY:

Please handle your jewelry very delicately & store items flat, out of direct sunlight & away from heat. Never apply hairspray, lotions or perfume while wearing your jewelry.

Silver tarnishes, a process caused by oxidation. To prevent excess tarnish, polish regularly by gently rubbing with a soft polishing cloth meant for this purpose. Never dip your items in any type of jewelry or metal cleaner as it will harm pearls and many types of stones. Cleaners also remove the intentional oxidation that are sometimes used when creating these beautiful pieces of jewelry.

JEWELRY RETURN AND REPAIR POLICIES:

Our products are very sturdy and made of the best materials. While we do our best when choosing gemstones, note that slight differences in color and clarity are unavoidable. Because we understand you are relying on pictures to make your purchase, we have a seven (7) day money back guarantee from the time you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with the color, style or quality of the item, we will refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping/handling), or credit your purchase price towards another item(s).

Returns:
The jewelry must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Jewelry that shows any signs of wear or abuse cannot be returned.

We ask that you return the item USPS Priority mail and insure it. We will not be responsible for damaged or items lost in transit. Your refund or replacement purchases will be sent after the item is received by us and inspected.

Repairs:
Unless items are determined to be defective, all repairs will be performed for a fee. If you should require repairs, please send the item to us, insured and sufficiently packaged. We will repair it for a minimal charge after determining the work needed.

Shipping rates are based on US (domestic) destinations only and handling is automatically discounted when you purchase multiple items. International rates are subject to vary. Tax is applied at check-out for all Florida-based purchases.
